Introduction
Scalari is a Decision Intelligence platform designed for companies that want to make better-informed business decisions. We are currently in our Validation/MVP phase, which means we are actively building and testing the product with an early community of founders, executives, and professionals.
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. We write this to be understood — not to obscure.
This policy applies to all individuals who interact with our website (scalari.io), our waitlist and contact forms, and any communications we send. It does not yet cover data processed within the Scalari platform itself, which will be addressed in a separate Data Processing Agreement as the product launches.
If you have any questions, contact us at info@scalari.io.

Sharing Your Data
We do not sell your personal data to any third party — not your contact information, and not your usage data.
We share data only in the following limited circumstances:
6.1 Service providers
We work with trusted companies that help us operate Scalari. These may include hosting providers, email delivery services, and analytics platforms. Each service provider is engaged under a written agreement that restricts how they may use your data and requires them to maintain appropriate security measures.
Current categories of service providers include:
- —Cloud infrastructure providers (e.g., hosting and data storage)
- —Email communication platforms
- —Website analytics tools
We will update the specific list of sub-processors as the product evolves.

6.3 Business transfers
If Scalari is acquired by or merges with another company, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction. Any successor entity will be required to honor the commitments made in this policy. We will notify you of any such change via email or a prominent notice on our website.
International Data Transfers
Scalari is based in the United States, and your data may be processed on servers located in other countries, including the United States, where our service providers operate.
When we transfer personal data from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions with equivalent protections to countries that do not offer the same level of data protection, we rely on appropriate legal mechanisms to ensure your data remains protected. These mechanisms may include Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, or other legally recognized transfer tools.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. We use the following types of cookies:
8.1 Essential cookies
These are necessary for the basic functioning of our website. They cannot be disabled without affecting core site features.
8.2 Analytics cookies
These help us understand how visitors interact with our website (e.g., which pages are visited, how long users stay). We use this data to improve the product and the website experience.
If you are visiting from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction that requires prior consent for analytics cookies, we will ask for your consent before placing these cookies. You may withdraw consent at any time.
You can also manage or disable cookies at any time through your browser settings. Note that disabling analytics cookies does not affect your ability to use our website.

Regardless of where you are located, we extend the following rights to you:
- —Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- —Correction: Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- —Deletion: Request that we delete your personal data. We will fulfill your request unless we are legally required to retain certain records.
